| Archive Designs, Inc. warrants that this product, consisting of the cabinet, and, if used, the 6" Base or High Base
shall remain free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the cabinet remains in the possession
of the original owner. During that period, Archive Designs, Inc. will, at its option, replace or repair any part or
component found, in the judgment of Archive Designs, Inc. to be defective. For a period of five years, Archive
Designs, Inc. will also, at its option, provide labor or pay for reasonable labor charges necessary to make the
replacement or repairs. This warranty does not cover damage and/or defects arising from misuse, abuse, accident,
neglect or use in a manner not intended for the equipment. The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Archive Designs, Inc. or Flatfile.com be liable for consequential or special damages including losses arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. The laws regarding guarantees and warranties vary from state to state and you may be entitled to other remedies. |
